The Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs has serious determination for implementing higher-level documents in the field of science and technology.
During the ceremony of reverence for the secretary of supreme council for cultural revolution, the vice president for science and technology affairs stated: the Vice-Presidency has aimed to implement higher-level documents of the country in the field of advanced technologies and sciences. In this regard, the serious moving of the youth toward the flourishing of knowledge-based and startup businesses is the result of following up of these documents.According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, regarded the country”s transformational movement towards knowledge and start-ups to be the result of soft and authoritative power of the youth during the ceremony of reverence of secretary of supreme council of cultural revolution, affirming: a new move has been created by creative young people and entrepreneurs, and efforts have been dedicated to expand the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship, which have brought soft power and authority to the country.
Appreciating the efforts of Mokhber Dezfouli, the former secretary of supreme council for cultural revolution, Sattari marked: the fact is that the seedling of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and the national elites foundation, which was established in 2007, is the result of efforts made by people like Dr. Mokhber Dezfouli.
He pointed out the role of documents and approvals of the council in developing the ecosystem of knowledge-based economy and scientific development of the country, expressing: today, there are many successful knowledge-based companies in the country active in various fields of advanced technologies. In this regard, the higher-level documents support this move.
The president of the national elites foundation emphasized the necessity of formation of a new model to support the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Sattari continued: a large number of Iranian elites have returned to Iran during the past few years and have remained in the country due to the dynamic and supportive models of the national elites foundation and mechanisms of support of startups. The majority of these individuals have established startups and knowledge-based companies and have created occupations and wealth in the country, playing a role in the enhancement of the country in this regard.
The vice president for science and technology affairs pointed out the role of the supreme council of cultural revolution in the development of the mentioned models, adding: a lot of work has been conducted to develop new mechanisms that should work in the interaction between the Vice-Presidency and the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution. We are fully prepared in this way and I hope that working with the council will create a new way of boosting the knowledge-based economy.
According to this report, the ceremony of reverence for Mohammad Reza Mokhber Dezfouli, former secretary of the council, and appointing Hojatoleslam Seyed Reza Ameli, the new secretary of the supreme council of cultural revolution, was held January 15th 2019 in the presence of a number of government authorities and managers.
Seyed Reza Ameli was appointed as the member of the supreme council of cultural revolution by the Supreme Leader. Over a decree by Hasan Rouhani, the head of this council, Ameli is appointed as the new secretary of the supreme council of cultural revolution for four years.
