Vahdat stated: Ecosystem companies have various sectors that have suffered economic problems due to the current events, and the government has a duty to support these companies so that they can safely get through these times.
Vahdat stated: Facilities have been provided to support small and medium-sized knowledge-based, technological, creative companies, startups, and accelerators whose businesses have been damaged due to the spread of the coronavirus.
He added: These facilities will be provided to companies up to 500 million Tomans for small and medium-sized businesses at a rate of 9% and will be paid within 6 months by monitoring the status of the companies’ activities and employment. After that, 6 months will be given to restore the companies’ capacity, and the facilities will be repaid in installments within a year.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund stated: For other companies active in the innovation ecosystem, given the size of the ecosystem and the limited financial resources of the fund, in the first step, accelerators and shared workspaces that have suffered severe damage due to the Corona outbreak have been prioritized, which will be supported by the Innovation Fund, similar to other companies, in cooperation with research and technology funds, to a limited extent.
